Login with Apple ID is required before download.

命令行开发工具
--------------

10.14 之前的 macOS 通过 `xcode-select --install` 即可安装相应的命令行开发工具，
10.14 则需要额外的步骤（检查是否存在 `/usr/include` 目录）：

    #. 访问 https://developer.apple.com/download/more/，使用 Apple ID 登录
    #. 搜索 `command line` 然后选择正确版本的 *Command Line Tools ...* 下载安装
    #. 使用如下命令行安装对应的包后，`/usr/include` 目录会出现。

       `open /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/Packages/macOS_SDK_headers_for_macOS_10.14.pkg`
